Use this butter in lieu of regular butter on eggs, toast, pasta, mac n' cheese, whitefish, popcorn, mashed potatoes, and whatever food that needs an extra touch of truffle:)
1. Place butter on counter for about 1 hour and let soften. (Make sure butter is unsalted!!!!)
2. In a small mixing bowl place softened butter and add Black Truffle Salt, garlic, and chives if using.
3. Mix together with spoon or fork until well blended. Taste and add more salt/butter/garlic depending on preference.
4. Store in fridge and Enjoy!!!!!!
